| GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS TO RICASSO PRESS |
1. Please include contact information at the top of the first
page of each submission, including mailing address,
telephone number and e-mail address, even if this
information is already noted in a cover letter.
2. It is not necessary to follow "standard manuscript format,"
as the majority of manuscripts are read on the screen
instead of the printed page. However, use a readable font
like Courier New or Times New Roman.
3. Italicize words as you wish them to appear upon
publication instead of underlining them.
4. The preference is for a single space to follow the end of a
sentence instead of two.
5. Regarding profanity and sexual content, please keep all
material PG-rated. If it cannot be seen or heard in an early
evening television program, then it should be left out of your
manuscript. Editors for Ricasso Press are not prudes, but
our general target audience is not one that would look highly
upon expletive-ridden sexual romps.
